Jarad is the technical backbone of JKM Induction Solutions, bringing deep expertise in induction power systems, embedded software, and field service engineering. With experience spanning multi-megawatt power supply design, international project coordination, and production-line reliability programs, he leads with a commitment to uptime, safety, and measurable results.
An MBA graduate with dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Jarad also draws on his service as a U.S. Army combat veteran in infantry and airborne units, where he was commended for leadership and excellence under pressure. That battlefield-tested decisiveness translates directly to customer projects today—where safety, disciplined execution, and rapid problem-solving drive outcomes in uptime, quality, and throughput.

With over a decade of distinguished service in both the U.S. Air Force and healthcare operations, Kulwinder McDaniel brings exceptional leadership, discipline, and strategic insight to JKM Induction Solutions. While serving her country and raising three children, she also earned her MBA, a testament to her unwavering commitment, resilience, and ability to excel under pressure.
Kulwinder has successfully overseen complex, multi-site operations, directed multi-million-dollar pharmaceutical inventories, and earned multiple Air Force commendations for excellence and leadership. At JKM, she applies that same level of precision and accountability to every project, ensuring seamless execution across scheduling, quoting, compliance, and customer success.
